With our contactless pick up option, digitizing your home videos has never been easier. We can pick up your tapes and safely digitize them —all without you having to leave your home.

free for 25+ Tape orders

There is no charge for SYT Home Pickup service if you have 25 or more tapes and live within our service area (see map).

How HoMe pickup works

  1. Place your order online, then we’ll contact you to pay your invoice and schedule your contactless pick up.

  2. When it’s pick up time, we’ll text you when we’re on the way. Leave your tapes on your front porch, if possible.

  3. We’ll be back in 5-7 days with your digitized videos. If there are any changes once your order is complete, you will receive a final invoice with any credits or additional charges.

  • Must live within 10 miles of 13359 N Hwy 183, Austin, TX, 78750.

  • Complimentary for 25+ tape orders, otherwise a $50 fee applies.

  • Complimentary pick up is limited to 1 use per address per year.

  • Invoice pre-payment required.

  • $75-100 fee for addresses 10-20 miles outside pick-up radius
